Every Saturday morning, we run Reception Development Sessions from 10:30am – 11:30am at Blessed Edward’s School Astro, accessed via Evendine Close off Battenhall Road, WR5 2DB.
No need to book, just turn up and play.
These sessions are specifically designed for Reception-age children, providing a fun and supportive introduction to football. When players are ready, they will progress into our older development sessions and, ultimately, into a Nunnery team.
Children should wear suitable trainers (no studs) and bring a drink.
All sessions are delivered by FA-qualified coaches who are enhanced DBS checked, ensuring a safe and secure environment for every child. Training is led by UEFA B West Bromwich Albion coach John Bateman, who focuses on developing core football skills through enjoyable, age-appropriate activities.
